Yes, if the tutor holds the right permit. Since December 2023, the UAE has issued a Private Teacher Work Permit through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and the Ministry of Education. According to the announcement:

• Tutors must sign a code of conduct approved by the Ministry.
