The Process

How to Apply

Apply at least 2 months before your intended start date.

Enrol in a course

Choose and enrol in a qualifying course of at least 4 weeks at our Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah campus.

Submit your documents

Send us your passport copy, photo, and proof of address. Our admissions team will check everything and guide you through the online application form.

Pay the visa fee

Pay the visa processing fee at least 6 weeks before your intended start date. We recommend applying as early as possible.

Await approval

Processing typically takes 10–15 days once all documents are submitted. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Arrive & study

Travel to the UAE on your student visa and begin your course. Your passport and student visa serve as your main ID documents — student visas do not include an Emirates ID.

Visa FAQs

Do you offer 1-year student visas?

No. We currently offer 3-month and 6-month student visas. Students wishing to stay longer can renew their course and visa. We also offer the Internship Programme, which provides an employment visa for students interested in hospitality or business work experience.

Can I get an Emirates ID with a student visa?

No. UAE student visa holders do not receive an Emirates ID. Your passport and student visa are your main identification documents during your stay.

What happens if my visa application is rejected?

If you're inside the UAE, you may be able to extend your tourist visa or apply for another visa type — our team will advise you. If applying from outside the UAE, you may still be eligible for a tourist visa or visa on arrival depending on your nationality. All visa approvals and rejections are made by UAE immigration authorities.

What is the minimum course length for a student visa?

We recommend enrolling for at least 4 weeks to support a student visa application. The application process takes time, so the longer your course, the better.

What is the minimum attendance requirement?

Students on a UAE student visa must maintain at least 70% attendance per month. Failure to meet this requirement may result in us reporting your attendance to UAE immigration, and your visa may be cancelled.
