We use Microsoft Teams or Google Meet — both are free to use and work on any device, including phones, tablets, and laptops. You do not need to create an account or install any specialist software.
After booking, your teacher contacts you directly to agree on a schedule that works for you. We offer morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend slots — you tell us what works and we match you to a teacher with availability.
1-to-1 classes are fully private — 100% of the lesson is focused on you, your goals, and your weaknesses. Semi-private classes have 2–3 students and are more affordable while still offering a highly personal experience. Both formats use live teachers, not pre-recorded content.
Yes — life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule a class at no charge. Last-minute cancellations may count as a used session, but your teacher will always try to find a solution.
Just a device with a working camera and microphone — a laptop, tablet, or smartphone — and a stable internet connection. That is it. Your teacher will handle the rest.
